1. What this is

This website is an informational hub for the Nestlo Shopping community — a player-run Roblox retail simulation experience and its associated Discord server. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use this

This website itself has no minimum age since it collects no personal data and has no accounts. Actually playing on Roblox or joining our Discord server means you also agree to, and must meet the age requirements of, Roblox's Terms of Use and Discord's Terms of Service (Discord requires users to be 13 or older, and some countries set a higher age for consenting to online services without a parent or guardian — for example 16 in parts of the EU under GDPR). It's your responsibility to meet those platforms' own requirements.

3. The Roblox group and staff ranks

Staff ranks, promotions, and discipline for Nestlo Shopping are managed through the Roblox group system, not through this website. The "Leadership" section of this site is an informational summary maintained by our team and may lag behind the live group at times.

4. Live tracking data

The player/server counts shown on this site are provided for general information only. We don't guarantee they're perfectly accurate or up to the second — server outages, network issues, or maintenance can cause temporary gaps.

4a. Staff applications and the staff panel

Submitting a staff application doesn't guarantee a role — decisions are made by the Nestlo Shopping leadership team at their discretion. Staff members granted access to the internal panel agree to use it only for legitimate community administration (roster upkeep, announcements, moderation records) and not to misuse incident logs, applicant information, or announcement tools for anything unrelated to running the community. Staff access can be revoked at any time.

5. Acceptable use

When using this website, don't:

• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems (including Firebase) behind it.
• Scrape, spam, or submit falsified data to the live tracking system.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or the terms of Roblox or Discord.

6. Intellectual property

The Nestlo Shopping name, logo, and original site content belong to the community. Roblox and Discord trademarks, logos, and platform content belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify where you can find us, consistent with nominative fair use.

7. No warranty

This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site, the Roblox experience, or the Discord server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nestlo Shopping and its organizers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the community. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, in jurisdictions that prohibit excluding it).

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the community or website changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
