Nestlo Shopping ("we," "us," "the community") runs this website and a related Discord server and Roblox group. This policy explains what information the website itself collects and how it's used. It does not cover Roblox Corporation's or Discord Inc.'s own data practices inside their platforms — see their policies for that.
This site does not use cookies, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Most pages — including the homepage — collect nothing about visitors. Two parts of the site do handle some information, described below.

If you submit the staff application form, we collect the Roblox username, optional Discord username, and written answer you provide. This is:
Staff members sign into an internal panel using Clerk (a third-party account/login service) with their email address. Once signed in, staff can access an internal incident log and audit log used to run the community — for example, records of warnings or bans issued through the Roblox group, and a log of actions taken in the panel. Live tracking numbers, application submissions, and internal staff records are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which acts as our infrastructure provider. Staff sign-in is handled by Clerk. Google's and Clerk's own privacy and security practices apply to those respective layers; see firebase.google.com/support/privacy and clerk.com/legal/privacy.
Roblox communities are frequently used by children. The staff application form on this site only asks for a Roblox username, an optional Discord username, and a short written answer — it does not ask for a real name, date of birth, address, or other identifying details. Staff roles generally require meeting Roblox's and Discord's own age requirements (Discord requires users to be at least 13). We don't knowingly use the application form to collect personal information from children beyond what's described above, and we don't use it for marketing or any purpose other than staff recruitment. If you believe a child has submitted more information than intended, contact us (details below) and we'll delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act). Because this website does not hold personal information about visitors, there is typically nothing to request — but if you believe we hold information about you, contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] and we will look into it.
This site links out to Roblox and Discord. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
We may update this policy as the community or website changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
